Our Receptionists are the first point of contact when a client calls or arrives at a clinic. Over Christmas and New Year our emergency clinics are particularly busy requiring additional support for emergency cases. This is a great opportunity to earn an additional income for five shifts over the Christmas period.
Job Title: Receptionist
Job Type: Part Time (Temporary Christmas and New year)

Salary: £17.00 per hour plus £250 completion bonus

Eligibility Requirements:
- Resilient, caring and empathetic particularly when working with clients who may be distressed or anxious
- Detail orientated with the ability to work well under pressure
- Articulate with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Passionate about animal care with the drive to work in a busy emergency vet clinic over the Christmas and New Year period
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Answering calls
- Arranging emergency consultations
- Tracking admissions and discharges
- You will be responsible for communicating clearly with our nursing team and clients keeping everybody updated and informed.
