Salary: £12.21-£15.00 per hour
Location: Greater Manchester, United Kingdom
Key Responsibilities:
- Cut, trim, and clean mutton products to retail specifications
- Prepare chicken, including all standard cuts
- Safely operate a band saw
- Have strong knowledge of meat joints and wholesale products
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality
- Cut trim and clean lamb product to retail specifications
- End of shift all machinery must be washed down
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 9:30am – 6:00pm
- Please only apply if experince in red meat butchery
