Duties
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
- Support clients with personal hygiene in accordance with care plans.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients’ health or behaviour to senior staff.
Skills
- Experience working within a care home is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact confidently with clients and colleagues.
- Compassionate nature with strong organisational skills to manage multiple clients efficiently.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism at all times.
