Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly, ensuring a friendly and professional reception experience
- Assist dentists during procedures by preparing instruments and maintaining a sterile environment
- Provide patient care by offering pre- and post-treatment instructions and addressing questions with clarity
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using IT systems, confirming appointments and follow-ups
- Handle all front desk responsibilities including answering calls, managing patient records, and processing payments
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including treatment notes and patient histories
- Communicate clearly with patients and team members to ensure smooth workflow and excellent service delivery
Eligibility Requirements:
- Previous experience in dental nursing or healthcare settings is highly desirable
