Salary: £13 – £15 an hour

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including skincare procedures, makeup applications, and non-invasive cosmetic enhancements
- Deliver personalized consultations to understand clients’ goals and recommend suitable treatments
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene, safety, and professionalism during all procedures
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with clients warmly, answering questions clearly, and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and product recommendations to enhance results
- Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client preferences, and progress notes in compliance with health regulations
- Assist in creating a positive clinic atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and client loyalty
Eligibility Requirements:
- Proven experience in aesthetic treatments is essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and build rapport with diverse clients
- Ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Passion for beauty, wellness, and helping others feel their best
- Basic understanding of skincare products and cosmetic techniques is advantageous
- Previous experience in a client-facing role or beauty environment is a plus
- Level 4 required
