Salary: From £28,000 a year

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervising interdisciplinary care by bringing together the different specialists whose help the Service User may need, the coordinator is also responsible for monitoring and evaluating the care delivered.
- Reporting to the Care Manager, to oversee the management and operation of the day to day running of the service provisions through the Policies, training, supervision and guidance provided by the Company.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence essential, mileage expenses can be claimed.
- Flexible working is a requirement.
