Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead on structured medication reviews and patient safety
- Work closely with senior pharmacists and clinical teams
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be an Independent Prescriber with CPPE qualification
- Minimum 1 year of UK Pharmacy experience is required
- Skilled in managing complex and vulnerable patient groups
- System One experience required
- Confident working independently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong interpersonal and clinical communication skills
- Sound knowledge of general practice operations and systems
