The Blandford Road SL is a 4-bed supported living service supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health, autism and substance misuse. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.
People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including football clubs, watching movies, cooking and quizzes.

Eligibility Requirements:
Essential:
- A caring, positive and reliable attitude
- Passion for supporting others
- Willingness to learn and grow
Desirable:
- NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Social Care
- Previous care experience
- Basic IT skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support independence and personal goals
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
- Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
- Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support
