Eligibility Requirements:
- Clear communication, English, basic maths.
- Organisation and time management will help you assist customers, handle transactions and manage shop tasks accurately.
Preferred:
- Being bilingual or multilingual, including Spanish, and having strengths in merchandising.
- Phone etiquette or appropriate upselling can help you support a wider range of customers and contribute to effective shop operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, answer questions and help them locate products, using English and other languages where you can.
- Process purchases and payments, apply basic maths, and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Replenish and arrange stock, support merchandising, and keep displays and customer areas tidy.
- Manage tasks and customer enquiries efficiently, using good time management, organisation and phone etiquette; suggest relevant products when appropriate.
