Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care to promote comfort and independence
- Support clients with mobility and transportation needs, including accompanying them to appointments or errands
- Maintain clear communication with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Organize schedules, manage appointments, and keep detailed records of services provided using computer literacy tools like Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Monitor client safety by conducting regular checks and reporting any concerns or incidents promptly
- Manage household supplies and ensure the environment remains clean, safe, and welcoming
Eligibility Requirements:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members
- Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules, documentation, and household tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic IT tools for record keeping and correspondence
- Customer service orientation with a caring attitude towards clients’ needs
- Ability to work independently while following care plans and safety protocols
- Leadership qualities to support clients in maintaining routines and fostering independence
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus but not required
