Female Care Driver – Sai Avenue (Visa Sponsorship)

We’re looking for an experienced, empathetic Home Care Assistant to join our team. You’ll provide person-centred care to clients in their own homes, supporting their daily living needs and improving their quality of life.

Salary:  £13 per hour

Location: Suffolk, United Kingdom

Key Responsibilities
-Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
-Provide companionship and emotional support
-Support mobility and transfers
-Administer medication as per care plans
-Light housekeeping
-Accompany clients to appointments and social activities
-Monitor and report changes in health or well-being
-Maintain a safe, comfortable home environment
-Keep accurate records and follow safeguarding and company policies
-Build positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues

What We’re Looking For
-Minimum 2 years’ UK domiciliary care experience (essential)
-Fluent in English (spoken and written)
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Caring, patient, reliable, and positive
-Flexible and able to work independently
-Full UK manual driving licence and willingness to travel locally
-Right to work in the UK
-Available to work evenings and weekends as needed
