Salary: £13.25-£14.75 per hour

Responsibilities:
– Assist residents with daily activities such as personal care, mobilising, and meeting nutritional needs.
– Provide individualized care tailored to each resident’s needs.
– Foster a warm and welcoming environment that promotes the well-being of residents.
– Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure coordinated care delivery.
– To enhance the quality of life for residents through engaging activities and social interactions.
Experience:
– Prior experience in home care or care home settings is advantageous, but not essential.
– Proficiency in basic IT skills for documentation and training purposes.
– Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with residents and team members.
– Ability to follow care plans accurately and adapt to changing needs.
