This is a permanent role working three set days per week: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The hours are 7:00am – 3:30pm, making this a great opportunity for someone looking for stable part-time work with early finishes and a varied office-based role.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Loading orders accurately onto internal systems
- Keeping customers updated on the progress of jobs
- Liaising with carriers, subcontractors, warehouse, operations and accounts teams
- Tracking the movement of goods from collection to delivery
- Updating spreadsheets, trackers and customer service records
- Obtaining PODs and closing job files
- Filing, scanning and checking paperwork
- Handling invoice queries, customer queries and operational issues
- Escalating problems quickly and professionally
- Keeping system data accurate and up to date
Eligibility Requirements:
- Previous customer service or administration experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Good Microsoft Office, email and spreadsheet skills
- Able to prioritise work in a busy environment
- Calm, reliable and professional
- Happy working in a fully office-based role
- Able to work Wednesday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
