Job Title: Support Worker

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £13.00-£13.45 per hour

Location: Hull City, United Kingdom

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing overnight and weekend support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs
  • Assisting with personal care, mobility, and comfort
  • Administering medication and keeping accurate records
  • Offering emotional reassurance and companionship during night shifts
  • Using positive behaviour support strategies to manage challenging behaviours
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and supportive environment
  • Driving service users when required for appointments or community outings
  • Documenting all care and support provided clearly and professionally.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, or complex needs
  • valid driving licenceown car, and business insurance
  • A caring, patient, and understanding approach
  • Flexibility and reliability to work night and weekend shifts
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Calmness and professionalism in challenging situations
  • Confidence with personal care and manual handling (training provided)
  • Basic first aid knowledge (or willingness to complete training)
