Key Responsibilities:
1. Personal Care:
- Assist clients with daily personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and continence care.
- Support with mobility and transfers, including the safe use of equipment such as hoists, wheelchairs, and walking aids.
- Provide assistance with medication, following care plans and ensuring that clients take their prescribed medications safely and on time.
- Help clients maintain their personal hygiene and comfort, ensuring they feel confident and well-cared for.
