Our client is seeking an experienced and professional Domiciliary Care Worker who is compassionate, reliable, and confident working independently in service users homes.

Roles & Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Supporting with medication administration
- Assisting with meal preparation and hydration
- Supporting with light household tasks
- Monitoring wellbeing and reporting concerns
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Building positive, professional relationships with service users and families
This role requires someone who is organised, dependable, and comfortable working alone while remaining part of a supportive wider team.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum 6 months recent UK care experience
- Experience working in domiciliary or community care (preferred)
- Good communication and record-keeping skills
- Professional and compassionate approach
- Full right to work in the UK
