Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing all administrative tasks related to parish council functions.
- Maintaining accurate financial records, preparing budgets, and overseeing expenditure in accordance with statutory requirements.
- Organising meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes for parish council meetings.
- Handling incoming calls, ensuring effective communication.
- Managing the parish’s web presence.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and statutory obligations related to financial management and record keeping.
