Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting).
- Supporting residents with mobility and transfers.
- Helping with meals, hydration, and feeding when required.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Monitoring residents’ health and wellbeing and reporting concerns to senior staff.
- Maintaining clean, safe, and comfortable living areas.
- Keeping accurate care records.
