Job Title: Support Worker
Job Type: Part Time, 14 or 21 hours per week
Salary: £13.00 – £13.50 an hour
Location: Bernard Road, Sheffield S2 5BQ
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support young adults and adults with additional needs during day service activities
- Encourage independence and confidence in everyday skills
- Help individuals build friendships and social connections
- Support creative activities, life skills sessions and community outings
- Provide encouragement, reassurance and positive support
- Promote wellbeing and emotional safety
- Work as part of a supportive team who genuinely care about the people they support
