Salary: £41,000 – £44,000 a year

The Role
- Prepare and deliver high-quality Indian dishes with consistency and attention to detail
- Work confidently across key kitchen sections, supporting smooth service
- Provide leadership and support to junior kitchen staff during busy periods
- Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards
- Assist with prep planning, stock control, and kitchen organisation
- Uphold a calm, professional approach in a fast-paced service environment
Essential Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a senior or experienced chef in an Indian kitchen
- Strong understanding of traditional Indian cooking techniques, spices, and flavours
- Ability to work across multiple sections, including grill/tandoor where required
- Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate (required)
- Legal right to work in the UK or eligibility for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship
- Sufficient spoken English for kitchen communication and food safety compliance
