As a Night Porter at The Law, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel during the night shift. Your responsibilities will include overseeing guest services, maintaining cleanliness in the bar and restaurant areas, and ensuring the safety and security of the hotel premises. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent customer service skills and an eye for detail

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests during their stay, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
• – Handle check-ins and check-outs of guests, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
• – Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and restaurant areas, including cleaning tables, sweeping floors, and restocking supplies as necessary.
• – Prepare the bar and restaurant for breakfast service, ensuring all areas are set up and ready for guests.
• – Monitor the hotel premises for safety and security, addressing any issues that arise and reporting them to management as necessary.
• – Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
• – Assist with any late-night room service orders or requests from guests.
• – Carry out regular checks of all guest areas to ensure cleanliness and address any maintenance issues.
• – Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• – Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to hotel uniform standards at all times.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hospitality role, preferably as a Night Porter or in a similar position, is advantageous.
• – Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• – Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• – Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• – Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
