Salary: £12.70 – £12.90 an hour
Location: Aylesbury, UK
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of individualised care plans for clients in their own homes
- Provide personal care and support with daily living activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleaguesUtilise IT systems for documentation and reporting
- Drive to different locations as required for home care visits
Eligibility Requirements:
- Right to Work in the UK
- Previous experience in a home care or similar setting is desirable
- A full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle
- Ability to follow care plans and provide person-centred care
- Proficient in English, both verbal and writtenKnowledge of home care practices and procedures
- Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with residents and team member
