Primary Carers 24/7 are seeking dedicated Home Care Assistants to work in the community. We require individuals who have a genuine passion for working in care and making a real difference to the lives of others with a person-centred approach. At the moment we require carers who hold a full UK driving licence, we also have sponsorship available for exceptional candidates.
This is a community- based position providing support and quality care to individuals in their own home to enable them to live securely and independently. Supporting and assisting them in daily living tasks; including meal preparation, administering medication, personal care and maintaining personal hygiene.
Everyday will present a unique challenge as we support vulnerable people to achieve the best life. Working as a small team to accomplish the tasks and communicating effectively within the care circle so they feel protected.
Our company values individuals with strong work ethics, determination and drive regardless of their level of experience. It is not necessarily your background in care that we value, but the attitude you bring to Primary Carers 24/7.

We are currently recruiting for PART-TIME and FULL-TIME positions, in the surrounding areas of Morecambe, Blackburn, Darwen, Rossendale, Accrington, Clitheroe, Colne, Nelson, Burnley and Barnoldswick. Our work is community based; therefore, access to a UK driving licence and a vehicle is essential.
