Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
- Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets.
- Utilise software tools such as Salesforce to manage client interactions and sales processes efficiently.
Eligibility Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in using software tools, particularly Salesforce, for managing leads and tracking performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving results.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
