💼 Your Role:
As a Graduate ESG Analyst, you’ll play an integral part in shaping how ESG factors are embedded into investment research and decision-making processes. You’ll be mentored by experienced professionals and contribute to our analysis, client reporting, and thematic sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth ESG research across a wide range of asset classes and sectors

Assist in preparing client-ready ESG reports, pitchbooks, and presentations

Track and summarize regulatory developments, ESG-related frameworks, and industry trends

Support company engagement efforts and stewardship-related reporting

Contribute to thematic projects (e.g. climate transition risk, governance metrics, social equity)

Collaborate with investment analysts to integrate ESG insights into portfolio reviews
🎓 Candidate Profile:
We’re looking for an ambitious graduate who combines a strong academic foundation with a genuine interest in sustainable investing and long-term responsible growth.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:

A 2:1 or above in a relevant degree (e.g. Finance, Economics, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Political Economy, etc.)

Strong interest in ESG investing, sustainable finance, and impact assessment

Excellent analytical and quantitative research abilities
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting findings

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
-
Bonus: Familiarity with ESG data providers (e.g., MSCI, Sustainalytics, Bloomberg ESG, etc.)
