As demand for our products continues to grow, we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated Warehouse Operative to support our operations and help us deliver a top-notch customer experience.

🌱 What You’ll Be Doing:
Your role will be key in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be involved in a range of fulfilling, practical tasks, including:

Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders with care and precision.

Preparing materials and components for our popular plant kits.

Receiving deliveries, inspecting items, and organizing inventory.

Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse space.

Supporting our logistics and order fulfillment improvements.

Assisting with customer interactions during studio visits.

Learning the basics of plant care and terrarium assembly (training provided).

Collaborating with our friendly team and jumping into new tasks when needed.
🌼 Who We’re Looking For:

Can work independently, as well as part of a small, close-knit team.

Are physically able to lift and move stock and boxes safely.

Are proactive, punctual, and dependable.

Are comfortable being around a (very friendly!) studio dog.

Preferably live within a 45-minute commute of N22 6AG.
Warehouse or retail experience is a bonus, but not essential—we provide full training.
🕒 Working Hours:

Flexible working patterns available: choose 3 full days per week or split hours over 5 days.

Full-time positions (Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM) also available.

Occasional weekend hours may be offered during busy periods.
We’ll work with you to create a schedule that supports your lifestyle while meeting business needs.
