Job Title: Senior Care Assistant
Location: Haslingden Hall Care Home, Rossendale, England, United Kingdom
Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time, or Contract
Pay: From £13.00 per hour

Role Summary
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will provide compassionate, person-centered care to our residents. Your responsibilities include:
- Direct Resident Care: Supporting residents with personal care, mealtime assistance, and social activities.
- Medication Management: Administering and monitoring residents’ medications safely.
- Care Plan Management: Updating and maintaining care plans to meet each resident’s unique needs.
- Team Supervision: Assisting in the training and guidance of junior staff members.
- Resident Monitoring: Performing regular resident check-ins, ensuring comfort and safety.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Essential: NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (must be willing to progress to NVQ Level 3).
- Preferred: Prior experience in a care setting.
