We are a 24/7 Northampton based breakdown insurance company seeking a part time telephone operator / controller / administrator working 10 hours per week exclusively at the weekend.
Job Title : Weekend Controller/Telephone operator/ Admin

Salary : £12.75 an hour

Eligibility :
- Telephone Operator: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
Roles & Responsibilities
This job role requires, but is not limited to, the following essential criteria:
– Providing our members with the highest level of customer service and professionalism.
– Complete tasks set by supervisors and other levels of management.
– Good attendance and a caring attitude is essential.
– Work well under pressure and as part of a team.
– Will be confident and competent using IT systems and telephone systems.
– Maintaining high call quality that meets the required standard for this role. Calls are monitored and graded monthly and a call quality score will be generated each month.
