We are seeking a skilled and ambitious employed Level 3 Senior Hair Stylist to join our friendly, vibrant team. We are looking for someone who is skilled, confident and experienced in all aspects of Hairdressing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair styling, providing exceptional customer experiences aned staying updates on the latest trends. The days we are looking for are Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and a possible Monday. We are a unisex Aveda , AWARD WINNING salon with a large number of both men and women clientele and we are now located at a brand new premises with amazing facilities onsite such as a 24 hour gym, a beauty salon, farm shop and Cafè and much more! We also have free onsite parking!
Job Title: Senior Hair Stylist

Salary: From £14 an hour
Location: 1, Newlands Park, Cullompton EX15
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of hair services including colouring, cutting, styling, and treatments, barbering, and preferabley Bridal hair
- -Confident in all colouring techniques- including Balayage, creative colours, and colour correction work
- -Staying updated on the latest trends
- -Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring all customers needs are met
- -Maintain a clean and organised workspace by adhering to the health and safety regulations, with the helping hand of our Saturday girls
- -Offer a thorough consultation with clients to understand their desired hairstyle and offer recommendations based on their hair type and face shape.
- -Upsell salon products and services to clients
Eligibility Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years salon experience
- -Full qualifications with proven experience with a portfolio showcasing your expertise
- -Proficient in all colour, cutting, styling and barbering techniques
- -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their unique preferences
- -Ambitious and motivated with a desire to grow clientele.
- -Excellent communication skills and strong customer service skills, focusing on client satisfaction
