Salary: £32,000 per year

Location: London, United Kingdom

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and allocate daily transport jobs to drivers efficiently
  • Monitor live journeys and resolve any operational issues quickly
  • Maintain records for driver and vehicle compliance with TfL regulations
  • Provide strong communication between customers, drivers, and management
  • Produce operational performance reports and suggest improvements
  • Support dispatch operations, customer service, and scheduling tasks
  • Maintain accurate digital records and reporting formats

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of office or customer service experience (required)
  • Good IT skills (MS Office and dispatch/booking systems preferred)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organised and able to manage workload independently
  • English level equivalent to IELTS UKVI (B1+) or above
