We are seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to join our team and provide small group (maximum class size 6) swimming lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports coaching and educating others in the art of swimming.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Instruct students on proper swimming techniques and water safety skills
- Develop lesson plans tailored to individual or group needs
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help improve their swimming abilities
- Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all participants
- Monitor and assess student progress throughout the lessons
Eligibility Requirements:
- Previous experience in sports coaching or swim instruction is desirable
- Ability to effectively educate and communicate with students of varying ages
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of different strokes and techniques
- Certification in lifeguarding or first aid is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and patience when working with learners of diverse abilities
