- Take part in our Siemens Intern Development Programme (IDP) where you will be provided with the opportunity to develop your skills through training modules.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the specific business units, including their objectives, vision, services, departmental structure, customer base, and supply chain.
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks and projects, ensuring they are completed to a high standard.
- Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to improve HR processes.
- Share your learning, insights, and progress, which will help raise your profile within the business
Essential Skills and Attributes;
We are seeking innovative and inquisitive candidates that demonstrate the following;
- You will be studying towards a Business, Human Resources or a Law related degree, possessing good analytical skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Logical thinking, willing to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving
- Ability to work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change
- Enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions.
