The post holder will be responsible for independently managing complex projects and programmes, while also providing leadership and oversight to others. This includes both internal and system-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with Trust strategy, values, and governance processes.
The post holder will report to the Head of Change and Transformation. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead priority, large-scale programmes on behalf of organisational directorates, with a strong emphasis on governance, structure, and delivering measurable outcomes.
Location: South Yorkshire, United Kingdom.
Salary: £47,810 to £54,710 a year per annum.

Roles & Responsibilities
Support directorates in identifying and prioritising projects, reviewing business processes, and implementing change.o Assist operational and corporate teams with procurement and evaluation of systems and business processes.o Manage full project lifecycles from initiation through to successful implementation and handover to operational teams.o Ensure benefits are clearly identified, tracked, and realised at the appropriate time.o Adhere to the Change Function’s methodology and follow the established gateway governance framework.

- Programme or Business management experience, with a reputation for successful delivery with positive credibility.
- Demonstrable experience of leading change programmes using best practice methodologies.
- Experience of successfully working with clinicians from a variety of backgrounds and seniority
- Experience of direct staff management
Qualifications
Essential
- Educated to degree level in an appropriate area of transferable relevance
- Relevant professional qualification in respective portfolio area e.g. Prince2, MSP.
- Evidence of continued professional development.
