Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expert Hair Services: Execute precision hair cutting, coloring, and styling to meet each client’s needs.
• Client Consultations: Effectively communicate with clients to assess preferences and provide tailored professional advice.
• Salon Operations: Maintain a clean, organized work area to ensure a high-standard salon environment.
• Upsell: Drive revenue by recommending salon products and services that elevate the client experience.
• Front Desk Support: Assist with scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries as needed.
• Stay Ahead: Keep up with the latest trends, techniques, and products to deliver cutting-edge services.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Proven Experience as a Hair Stylist in a professional salon environment (preferred).
• Barbering Skills are a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust.
• Previous front desk or management experience is an asset.
• Passion for the industry with a focus on growth and development.
