Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.
- Process and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain customer, sales, and stock management records.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with stock reporting.
- Prepare sales reports, documents, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales administration or similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in stock management and record keeping.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-person environment.
