Key Responsibilities

- Design System Management: Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components, ensuring consistency across platforms and products.
- Collaborative Ideation: Work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
- Usability Testing: Participate in usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to improve user experience.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on design trends and technologies, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to our products.
- Agile Workflow: Collaborate in an agile environment, delivering timely design assets to support the development process.
- Accessibility: Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards, making products inclusive for diverse user needs.
- Visual Design: Craft aesthetically pleasing designs with attention to colors, typography, and graphics that align with the product’s overall visual identity.
Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. Relevant work experience will also be considered.
- Experience: Proven track record as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer, with a portfolio showcasing design process and problem-solving abilities.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma or similar design software.
- Design Principles: Strong understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Visual Design Skills: Excellent eye for detail and ability to create visually compelling, functional designs.
- Responsive Design: Experience with design systems, mobile-first design principles, and responsive design.
- Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
