We are looking for dedicated Registered Nurses (Day & Night shifts) to join our team at Amaya Care Homes in Maesteg.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring residents receive outstanding care tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred nursing care with compassion, dignity, and respect.
- Support the development and implementation of personalised care plans.
- Administer and manage medication safely and in line with regulations.
- Promote and safeguard residents’ welfare and wellbeing.
- Lead and support care teams to maintain excellent clinical standards.
- Work in accordance with the NMC Code of Practice and company policies.

Requirements
- NMC Registered Nurse (Active PIN required)
- Must be based in the UK and able to attend in-person interviews
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
