Salary: £47,040.00-£54,600.00 per year
Location: South Wales, United Kingdom
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a children’s residential care home in line with CIW regulations
- Oversee care planning, assessments, and safeguarding procedures
- Deliver trauma-informed, person-centred care
- Mentor and develop your team, ensuring compliance and best practice
- Collaborate with our in-house therapeutic team and external professionals
Essential Requirements
- QCF Level 4/5 Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) or working towards
- 2+ years’ experience managing a children’s residential care home
- Knowledge of Welsh regulatory frameworks
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
