This is a pay per job, freelance, self employed position. Hours vary depending on how much work is available, you can work as much or as little as you like. The more jobs you attend, the more you earn as all work is paid on a per job basis. You will be responsible for paying your own national insurance and tax contributions.

Salary: Up to £30.00 per hour
Location: Nottingham, UK
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To carry out property inspections across Nottingham , part to full time hours, including some weekend work when it is available. Then leading to part time work from September.
- People person, passionate about property? The role of a property inventory clerk involves completing inventories, check in and check out reports, detailing the condition and standard of cleanliness.
- To compile the inventory report and check in/check out reports via our software ensuring that all reports are accurate and complete.
- We will train you how to use the software and carry out inspections. If you have experience of working on property inventory software, or inventory hive, this would be advantageous.
- You will act as a representative of the company regarding collecting and returning keys to and from estate agents ensuring they are returned immediately following the inspection.
- To meet tenants or agents at the properties at the agreed times.
- To ensure that all appointments are attended on time. You must be have your own transport an be prepared to travel to properties mostly in Nottinghamshire and further afield where necessary.

Are you:
- Reliable and conscientious, an eye for detail and be well presented.
- Positive and energetic and punctual and reliable.
- A self-starter who can work unsupervised.
- A caring attitude with a diplomatic approach.
- Well organised and a good communicator.
- Able to work flexible daytime hours.
- Computer literate and able to use apps, you will need your own tablet / iPad.
- A car owner with valid licence.
- An interest in property is an advantage.
