Job Title: Project Manager

Salary: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:
1.Assist the project manager with daily tasks to ensure smooth project progress.
2.Remote employee onboarding support:
oCollect and organize new employee onboarding information.
oCoordinate remote employees’ onboarding preparations, such as document collection and system account setup.
oCommunicate with new employees before onboarding, answer relevant questions, and ensure a smooth integration.
3.Financial and administrative support:
oOrganize and record financial receipts and reimbursement documents, assisting with financial management.
oMaintain and update project-related files and data.
oHandle daily administrative tasks, such as meeting arrangements and document management.
4.General project assistance:
oFacilitate internal team communication and support project execution.oHandle other temporary tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
1.No specific education or experience requirements; fresh graduates and candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply.
2.Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to efficiently complete assigned tasks.
3.Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of smoothly interacting with remote employees, project teams, and related departments.
4.Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other office software.
6.Fluent in English; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
