Roles & Responsibilities
- Collection of quality blood samples
- Work at the community centers as well as Macclesfield Hospitals You should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must enjoy working with people and possess good communication skills.
- Must have access to a car for work purposes which must be suitable for travelling to community phlebotomy clinics and transporting samples back to the hospital

- NVQ /QCF level 2 /apprenticeship level 2 or equivalent in related subject or GCSE English and maths at C grade or above or equivalent

- GCSE at grade c or above or equivalent in a science subjectCare related NVQ

- Evidence of manual dexterity and technical work
- Experience of working as part of a team.
Desirable
- Previous work involving PhlebotomyWork in a healthcare role or similar
Skills & Knowledge

- Ability to work to defined protocols and seek advice where appropriate
- Basic Keyboard Skills
- Good written communication skills
