We are looking for a service driven Pharmacist Manager to work in our newly relocated community pharmacy in Whitfield.
You will need to be registered with the GPHc. Professional roles and responsibilities is in adhering with our company SOPs, which cover all contractual obligations (to GPHc) and local CCG. This includes all essential advanced, enhanced and local commission services (subject to your area).

Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing the dispensary and shop systems e.g. repeat prescriptions, services, stock control within both shop and dispensary
- Employee management – overseeing the welfare of employees and ensuring that policies and procedures are adhered to. Conducting yearly appraisals and development of employees.
- Reacting to new services are available within the area and signing the branch up to deliver this service.
- Introduction of patient support services e.g Blood pressure, Diabetes
- Liaising with doctors developing strong rapport and relationships.
- Keeping up to date with current pharmacy practise, new drugs and their uses.
- Experience of running pharmacy would be ideal, but not essential.
