Office Manager – Barcelona – Shinkyowa. (Visa Sponsorship).

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing office processes, suppliers, budgets, and team support functions.

We are an approved Skilled Worker Visa sponsor, and sponsorship is available for eligible international candidates.

Location: Rotherham, United Kingdom.

Salary: £38,700 – £43,000 a year

Job type: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Oversee daily office operations, including administrative systems and procedures
  • Manage office supplies, facilities, and equipment maintenance
  • Supervise and support administrative staff
  • Liaise with suppliers and service providers
  • Handle scheduling, internal communications, and recordkeeping
  • Assist with HR and onboarding processes
  • Monitor budgets, invoices, and office expenditures.

Eligibility Requirements 

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Eligible for Skilled Worker sponsorship (or already in the UK on a valid visa).
