Quay Court Care Centre is a 46 bed care home rated GOOD by CQC, we provide person centred care to residents with various needs and wishes in a friendly, homely environment.
We are looking for a Night Care Assistant to join the our excellent team. We are open to part time or full time applications. Experience isn’t necessary as all new starters will receive training.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As a care assistant you will attend our residents of various needs and wishes to help them live their lives to the full wherever they are able. It is the ultimate ‘people job’ – you will build solid and rewarding relationships with our residents.
A care assistant plays a major role in creating a happy and caring environment adopting a totally flexible approach and attitude to the challenges of the post.
There is an expectation that you would participate in medication administration after thorough training.
We will train you in all aspects of care and ensure that your training is up to date and refreshed regularly. There is opportunity to progress up to a Senior Care Assistant role if you really thrive as a Care Assistant.
