We’re looking for friendly, reliable students to become part-time nannies. You’ll get paid from £11.85 per hour (including holiday pay), or more if you have experience with kids.
Most nannies work 9–20 hours per week on weekday afternoons, but you can find a family that works around your schedule. You don’t need to have any formal childcare experience or other educational qualifications. We’re just looking for enthusiastic, imaginative individuals who love working with children.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Be a part-time nanny for one local family, looking after their kids in their home (or out and about in the local area e.g the park)
- Pick the kids up from school or nursery
- Make the time you are with them fun e.g. board games, arts & crafts, baking
- Support them with reading & homework
- Make simple meals and snacks
Eligibility Requirements
- You’re a student who loves kids
- You’ve worked with children before as a volunteer, babysitter or au pair
- You’re a trained childcare professional with experience in nurseries or schools.
- Koru Kids will take care of contracts, sick pay, holiday pay and make sure you’re paid correctly and on time.

What we ask:
- At least finished college A levels
- Timekeeping
- Problemsolving
- Communication
- Reliability
- You’re able to work on a part-time basis at least 3 afternoons per week usually between 3pm-6pm
- You’re available during term-time in London
- You have previous experience working with kids (this can be as a nanny, babysitter, or helping out at a local club or volunteering with kids)
- You’ll need to pass a background check (which we provide) and have 2 personal references
