Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will oversee the company’s digital marketing activities, manage social media platforms, and create engaging, trend-led content. The role involves both strategic planning and hands-on content creation, including attending events to capture and develop material for online campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, and campaigns that reflect our brand identity.
- Attend weddings and corporate events to capture on-site content and convert it into digital marketing assets.
- Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms.
- Write and manage Reddit blogs and community engagement posts to boost organic reach.
- Use marketing tools and analytics apps to track performance and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with current trends, viral content formats, and social media best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or digital campaign management.
- Strong understanding of Google Adverts, Meta Adverts Platform, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, and Reddit marketing.
- Proficient with marketing apps (e.g. scheduling tools, analytics dashboards, and ad managers).
- Excellent understanding of content creation and social media trends.
- Confident attending live events and creating content on-site.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in creative industries (photography, videography, or media) is an advantage.
- Experience in promoting and marketing apps.
