- Conduct consultations with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, applications, and progress updates.
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the immigration process, addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
Eligibility Requirements
- Previous experience as an Immigration Consultant or in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using relevant software for case management and documentation preparation.
- A compassionate approach with a commitment to client advocacy and support.
- Mandarin is required.
