Role Responsibilities
As a Community Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping clients maintain independence in their homes. Responsibilities include:
- Personal Care Assistance: Support with hygiene, dressing, and other personal care tasks.
- Medication Support: Administer and monitor medication as per care plans.
- Companionship and Social Support: Engage with clients to enhance their quality of life.
- Household Tasks: Assistance with light chores and ensuring a comfortable home environment.
- Travel Requirements: Provide in-home care across the Woodbridge area; driving is essential for this role.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Driving Licence: Valid UK driving licence and own transport required.
- Enhanced DBS Check: Required prior to employment.
