Madestays manages a portfolio of luxury homes across London, delivering 5-star hospitality standards for guests and homeowners. Our housekeeping team plays a central role in maintaining the quality, cleanliness, and presentation of every property. We can offer 50 hours per month guaranteed minimum. This is £775 per month at minimum with all additional hours payable at £16 per hour. As a Madestays Housekeeper, you will ensure each home is flawlessly prepared for new guests. This includes detailed cleaning, staging, linen management, and identifying anything that requires repair or replacement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare luxury properties to the highest standard
- Change linens and ensure correct stock levels
- Follow detailed checklists for bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and living spaces
- Stage and present homes according to Madestays brand guidelines
- Report damages, missing items, and maintenance issues
- Work with Field Ops and Operations teams to ensure fast turnarounds
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Uphold Madestays quality and guest experience standards
Eligibility Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and follow checklists
- Good communication skills
