About the Role
We are looking for dedicated Care Assistants who are caring, reliable, and professional. You must have your own car and be willing to work in the Bridgend area.
- Hours: 7am–10pm, full-time or part-time
- Minimum commitment: 15 hours per week
- Alternate weekends required
- Night work is optional, not obligatory
- Flexible working: choose contracted hours or zero hours, minimum/maximum hours per week, mornings, afternoons, or evenings
You will support individuals to remain independent in their own homes, promoting their physical and emotional wellbeing. You will help with personal care, nutrition, hydration, and other daily tasks, ensuring a person-centred approach at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with daily living activities
- Assist with personal care
- Administer medication
- Support nutrition and hydration
- Light household duties
- Encourage and maintain client independence
- Engage in meaningful daily activities
